  I can't tell you about the service for dry cleaning, but their ability to give info on the phone is non-existent. I called to ask what their hours were, and whether they had a same day service. Here's how that went:
  
  Phone rings. A gruff male voice answers: "Hello." No business name.
  Me: "Is this Grand Cleaners?"
  Silence for a while. Then: "Yes."
  Me: "Can you tell me what your hours are during the week?"
  Grand Cleaners: Silence.
  
  I hang up. Either they have a language problem, and I'm not interested in dealing with that when I drop off clothes I will need ready the same day, or they have never heard of basic customer service, which includes how to be polite on the phone.
  
  I'll try and find another cleaner.
