This place is horrible. I had to rent a car since my car was in the shop being fixed due to a car accident. My car insurance had me go to this location and get the car, they said this was the only car they had available for us. The car was stuck in a snow bank and had to be dug out even though all the other cars were not in snow banks. The outside of the car was dirty, not just road salt but you could tell the car had not seen a car wash in a LONG time. It also has a bunch of paint chipped off the front and someone has marked it with giant white X's. The front seat seemed clean but a day later when I put my kids in the back, there were huge crumbs and bits of food in the part of the door that pulls the door closed and the final straw was that this morning my daughter even found an empty coke bottle that had been left by a previous renter! The car was basically on empty when they gave it to us so we had to go right out and go put gas in the car. Then 2 days later, the change engine oil light came on. I have never dealt with Hertz and now because of this, I never intend to have to use them again. I can understand that the car will not be in immaculate condition clean but this is absolutely disgusting that they knowingly put people in cars like this. I only gave it one star since it made you give at least one. We are now going to a different location to exchange the car for something else since this is completely unacceptable.
