  I just wanted to say what a great experience I had with this company. From the sales associate Kim who made the decision super easy, especially after her awesome presentation with the fire, to the installers, to the ease of the billing process. I had been hesitant about making such a big purchase, but the windows keep my home warm in the winter and cold in the summer, all while saving me money on my bills! Myself and my family cannot thank you enough for such a comfortable home. If I ever need to purchase windows, doors, or siding in the future, I will not hesitate to call Universal Windows Direct!

  Universal Windows Direct was easy to work with. The salesman was very helpful and professional. The quality of the windows I bought is very high and I am satisfied with them. The installation was very quick and finished in less time than I thought it would take. I have recommended them to several friends and neighbors that have stopped by the house to comment how nice they look and how fast they were installed.
